- Take the 2 ropes at the end towards the front (not started so walking/running here)
- start from the support and use the 2 ropes to get to the other side (without touching the ground)

We are excited to announce our Age Group National Team for the 3K distance at World Obstacle UIPM 2023 OCR World Championships in September.
Team UK will be participating at the first ever federated OCR World Championships, taking placing in Genk, Belgium 🇧🇪
Keep your eyes peeled for the rest of the announcements coming this week. We have 15K, Para and 100m to go 🙌🏼
