Day 6 - The jury has decided
At the end of day 6, the dust settles down on the beach, the race cars have left the 2 race tracks, the seagulls turn back to their favourite spot, the rising water erases the traces of fierce battles, the pilots gather in De Boare, the cultural centre building of De Panne.
Bram Degriek, major of De Panne, opens the official ceremony with a challenge for the sand yachting world: can we organize a competition for the junior pilots? Can we make land yachting more known, attractive and accessible to children, youngsters and young adults?
Benny Dezeure and Hans-Werner Eickstadt hand over personalized awards to all 120 pilots, and medals and cups to the top 3 pilots in each clas::

The FISLY flag of the worldwide sandyachting federation is officially handed over to the French team, as they have started the preparations of the Worldwide Championship in 2024 in Asnelles, France. It will be an honor to participate in Asnelles next and enjoy the French hospitality.
