📍 De Concessie, De Haan

A protected villa district where the Belgian coast looks different. Think Belle Époque charm, white façades, red timber details and quiet, green streets. It was conceived in 1887 as an idyllic model villa estate, inspired by the English garden suburb idea, and it still feels like a calm, carefully kept time capsule.
