trECEnto is an event organized by the Department of Electrical & Computer engineering of Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology. It is also known as ECE night. This event is organized by all departments of RUET to bid farewell to the graduating batch and welcoming the freshers. This year, trECEnto or ECE night is going to be organized by the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering

to bid farewell to the 2018 series and welcoming the freshers, 2022 series. Although this event is organized by and for the students of ECE, students from other departments come to enjoy the program as well. The event is separated into two parts: formal and cultural. In the formal part, in the presence of the vice chancellor of RUET along with the dean of the faculty electrical and computer engineer, the respected head of ECE department and we, the current students of ECE, officially bid farewell to the graduating batch. Next is the official welcoming of the freshers. In the formal part of trECEento, the respected guests give speech for the undergraduates and the newly graduates. After the formal part, comes the cultural part of the event where students from all series give their performances rehearsed beforehand. They sing, dance, act and do many other activities to entertain the crowd. Many students from all over RUET come to enjoy the cultural part. Everyone enjoys the night to the fullest. trECEnto is an event organized by us, performed by us, enjoyed by us. We, the students of the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, come together to make this program a success every year, to give the graduating batch some memories, the welcome the new ones to the university and our department, along with all the students of RUET, who can get some entertainment to keep their minds fresh from academics for one night.
