Rules and Regulations of the Tournament

1.Rolling Substitution is allowed
2. No offside
3.There will be NO “Throw-Ins” - “KICK INS” will take throw-ins in place
4.Direct goal from kick ins and goal keepers throw is not allowed. Goalkeeper can also receive a back pass from his teammates by hands.
5.Each match will consist of two 15-minute halves, with a 5-minute break at halftime.
Each team will get 3 points for each win; 1 for draw and 0 point for lose.
6.In case of a pointed clash among 2 groups, goal difference will be considered; if that’s not sufficient head-to-head result will be in action. If head-to-head result is draw then there will be a tie-breaker between two teams.
7.Each team will get 3 shoots for the tiebreaker. From only the playing 9 in the field at the time of the ending whistle can take part in a tie-breaker shootout.
8.If the referee shows a player Yellow Card in 2 consecutive matches or a red card in a match, he won’t be allowed to play the next match.
9.Referee’s decision is the final decision on the field.
10.The organizing committee holds the power to take any decision. The committee’s decision is going to be the final decision. Committee holds the full authority to change the date or time (if needed).
