Creating entrepreneurship opportunities for transgender people in Bangladesh is not only about economic empowermentâit is also about dignity, independence, and social recognition. Transgender and gender-diverse people in Bangladesh continue to face barriers in education, employment, safety, and social acceptance. But when they are given access to skills development, business support, market opportunities, and safe working environments, they can transform not only their own lives but also the way society sees them. The promise of âno one left behindâ becomes meaningful only when marginalized communities are not treated with charity, but are supported with opportunity, rights, and respect. We believe that recognizing the entrepreneurial potential of transgender people, supporting their leadership, and changing public attitudes are essential steps toward building a truly inclusive Bangladesh. A society can only move forward when everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
