Journey of Cadet Bridge: Operation Link-Up 2026

It all started as a casual conversation over an Iftar gathering right after Ramadan. A simple idea floated across the table: "What if we organize a grand Eid reunion this year?" That spark set the wheels in motion, culminating in an absolutely epic celebration on May 30th.
The journey between that initial idea and the final ex*****on was anything but a fairy tale. Managing the registration portal, planning the event logistics, securing formal permissions from our respected PUO (Professor Under Officer) sirs, and constantly debating strategies in countless online and offline meetings—it felt like a battle at every step. There were skeptics who flatly said, "This is impossible." But they forgot they were talking to cadets. The more the obstacles piled up, the stronger our resolve became. Shaking off all doubts, we officially went live with registrations on May 10th.
Deep down, we harbored fears. Would people show up during the festive Eid holidays? Would the crests, gifts, and venue setups be ready in time? To add to the drama, a sudden forecast of heavy rain forced us to completely change our outdoor venue just two days before Eid! Yet, when the venue came alive with buzzing energy on the morning of May 30th, the days of sleepless nights and exhaustion felt by our volunteer team vanished in an instant.
A Day to Remember: The Highlights
08:00 AM | The Awakening: As the crisp morning air settled, the venue filled with familiar faces. The day kicked off with the distribution of kitbags and gift items, followed by a hearty breakfast together
09:30 AM | The Curtains Rise: The main event commenced with absolute discipline and grandeur, filling the hall with a wave of pure nostalgia.
10:30 AM | The Grand Arrival: Our Chief Guest, the Honorable MP from Cox's Bazar, Mr. Kajol, graced the event. A smart, uniformed contingent of cadets received him with a flawless salute and escorted him to the hall, recreating the solemn dignity of a parade ground indoors.
The Formal Proceedings & Honors
With the formal permission of the Chief Guest, the cadet parade commenced. This was followed by the cadet introduction segment, bridging the gap between juniors and seniors.
While being honored with a token of appreciation from the CECA Working Committee, the Honorable Minister highly praised the cadets, stating:
"Cadets are the future of Bangladesh. The discipline and patriotism taught here should be a part of every student's journey."
Following his address, our respected senior ex-cadets took the stage to share their profound memories.
An Emotional Time Travel
One of the most touching moments of the day was the presence of our beloved ex-cadet and Acting Principal, Akhtar Uddin Sir. He took us down memory lane, reminiscing about the golden days of cadet life, and even performed a song. His soulful voice left the entire hall spellbound.
We were also privileged to welcome ex-cadet and Chairman Ziku Sir. Hearing the old stories from his perspective felt like stepping into a time machine. The Cox's Bazar Ex Cadet Alliance extended its heartfelt honors to him as well.
The atmosphere remained electric with cultural performances, jokes, and lively storytelling by the cadets, followed by a remarkably disciplined lunch service managed flawlessly by our dining team.
The Grand Finale
The afternoon brought a refreshing round of ice cream, adda, and music, leading into the highly anticipated raffle draw. Excitement peaked as 16 lucky winners were announced!
As the day drew to a close, a mass photo session captured the timeless bonds of brotherhood. The curtains finally came down on Cadet Bridge Reunion 2026 with everyone singing along and the ex-cadets delivering a captivating, high-energy signature dance performance, leaving many with tears of joy.

A massive shoutout to our media, communication, and volunteer teams who traded their sleep and comfort to ensure perfection.
Goodbye, Reunion 2026! We shall return next year—with renewed energy, a fresh purpose, and an even bigger vision.

"Once a cadet, always a cadet."
ঈদের পর একটা সাধারণ ইফতারের আড্ডা। হঠাৎ টেবিলে একটা আইডিয়া ভাসলো—"এবার ঈদে একটা পুনর্মিলনী করলে কেমন হয়?" ব্যস, সেই যে চাকা ঘুরল, তার সমাপ্তি হলো গত ৩০শে মে এক মহাকাব্যিক উদযাপনের মধ্য দিয়ে।
মাঝখানের সময়টা কিন্তু রূপকথার মতো সহজ ছিল না। রেজিস্ট্রেশন পোর্টাল সামলানো, ইভেন্ট প্ল্যানিং, পিইউও (PUO) স্যারদের থেকে অনুমতি নেওয়া আর প্রতিনিয়ত অফলাইন-অনলাইন মিটিংয়ের টেবিলে ঝড় তোলা—সবই ছিল এক একটা যুদ্ধ। এর মাঝে কিছু মানুষ তো বলেই দিয়েছিল, "এই আয়োজন সম্ভব না!" কিন্তু তারা ভুলে গিয়েছিল, তারা ক্যাডেটদের সাথে কথা বলছে। বাঁধা যত এসেছে, জেদ তত বেড়েছে। সব সংশয় উড়িয়ে ১০ই মে থেকে শুরু হলো অফিশিয়াল রেজিস্ট্রেশন।
আমাদের মনে একটা ভয় ছিল—ঈদের আমেজে মানুষ আসবে তো? ঠিক সময়ে ক্রেস্ট, গিফট, ভেন্যু রেডি হবে তো? এমনকি বৃষ্টির ভয়ে ঈদের মাত্র ২ দিন আগে পুরো ভেন্যু চেঞ্জ করতে হয়েছিল! কিন্তু ৩০শে মে'র সকালে যখন ভেন্যু গমগম করে উঠল, তখন আমাদের ভলান্টিয়ারদের কয়েক রাতের ঘুমহীন চোখের সব ক্লান্তি এক নিমেষে মিলিয়ে গেল।
সকাল ৮টার কুয়াশাটো ছোঁয়া মাড়িয়ে শুরু হলো কিটব্যাগ ও গিফট বিতরণ। সকালের নাস্তা সেরে ৯:৩০ টায় যখন মূল মঞ্চের পর্দা উঠল, তখন পুরো হলরুমে নস্টালজিয়া।
সকাল ১০:৩০ মিনিটে ড্রেস পরা চৌকস ক্যাডেটদের নিখুঁত স্যালুটে ভেন্যুতে প্রবেশ করলেন প্রধান অতিথি, কক্সবাজারের মাননীয় এমপি জনাব কাজল সাহেব। প্যারেড গ্রাউন্ডের সেই চেনা গম্ভীর পরিবেশ যেন ফিরে এসেছিল ইনডোরেও! মাননীয় মন্ত্রীকে সিইসিএ (CECA) ওয়ার্কিং কমিটির পক্ষ থেকে সম্মাননা ক্রেস্ট দেওয়ার সময় তিনি বললেন— "ক্যাডেটরাই বাংলাদেশের আগামী দিনের ভবিষ্যৎ।"
এরপর মঞ্চ মাতালেন আমাদের প্রিয় এক্স-ক্যাডেট ও ভারপ্রাপ্ত অধ্যক্ষ আক্তার উদ্দিন স্যার। শুধু স্মৃতিচারণই নয়, ওনার কণ্ঠে গান শুনে পুরো হলরুম স্তব্ধ হয়ে গিয়েছিল আনন্দে। এরপর এক্স-ক্যাডেট ও চেয়ারম্যান জিকু স্যারের মুখ থেকে পুরনো দিনের গল্প শোনা যেন আমাদের টাইম ট্রাভেলে নিয়ে গিয়েছিল। তাকেও এক্স ক্যাডেট এলায়েন্স এর পহ্ম থেকে সম্মাননা জানানো হয় । ক্যাডেটদের গান, কৌতুক, আর দুপুরের সুশৃঙ্খল ডাইনিং ম্যানেজমেন্ট—সবকিছুই ছিল দেখার মতো।
বিকেলের আইসক্রিম আর আড্ডার পর নামলো লটারির উত্তেজনা, যেখানে ১৬ জন সৌভাগ্যবান বিজয়ী খুঁজে পাওয়া গেল। আর সবশেষে? এক্স-ক্যাডেটদের সেই চিরচেনা মনমুগ্ধকর নাচের তালে, গান গেয়ে, যখন উৎসবের পর্দা নামলো, তখন সবার চোখে ছিল আনন্দের জল।
Cox's Bazar Ex Cadet Alliance (CECA)-এর পক্ষ থেকে কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রতিটি প্রাণকে, যারা এই আয়োজনকে সফল করতে নিজের সর্বোচ্চটা দিয়েছেন। আসছে বছর আবার হবে—নতুন দমে, নতুন উদ্যোগে!
