ফরম বিতরণ শুরু হয়েছে!
যে সকল দলেরা এখনো পর্যন্ত ফরম সংগ্রহ করেনি তাদেরকে দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে ফরম সংগ্রহের জন্য বিনীতভাবে অনুরধ করা হচ্ছে!
যে সকল ইতোমধ্যে ফরম সংগ্রহ করেছে তাদেরকে দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে টুর্নামেন্ট ফি,ফরম,আই'ডি কার্ডের ফটোকপি জমা দেয়ার জন্য বিনীতভাবে অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে!

টুর্নামেন্টের নিয়ামবোলী:
১. প্রত্যেক দলে ২ জন গোলকিপার সহ ১০ জন খেলোয়াড় থাকবে।
২. প্রথম অর্ধে ৯ মিনিট ও দ্বিতীয় অর্ধে ৯ মিনিট এবং মাঝে ২ মিনিত বিরতি থাকবে।
৩. খেলা শুরুর ১০ মিনিট আগে উভয় দলকে মাঠে থাকতে হবে।
৪. মাঠে কোনো রকম অপ্রিতীকর পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করা যাবে না।
৫. কোনো খেলোয়াড় লাল কার্ড পেলে তাকে ৯ মিনিট মাঠের বাইরে থাকতে হবে।
৬. কোনো দল তাদের খেলার ৫ মিনিটের মধ্যে না আসতে পারলে তাদের প্রতিপক্ষ দলকে বিজয়ী বলে ঘোষণা করা হবে।
৭. প্রথম রাউন্ডের কোনো খেলায় গোল শূন্য ড্র হলে উভয় দল এক পয়েন্ট করে পাবে।
৮. খেলা শুরুর ১০ মিনিট আগে উভয় দলকে তাদের রিপোর্ট জমা দিতে হবে।
৯. খেলায় শুধুমাত্র টার্ফ, বেয়ার ফুট গ্রহণযোগ্য।
১০. স্লাইড ট্যাকেল গ্রহণযোগ্য।
১১. ফয়জুর রহমান স্কুল ছাড়া বহিরাগত কোনো খেলোয়াড় খেলতে পারবে না।
১২. খেলোয়াড়েরা বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থী কি না তা যাচাই এর জন্য তাদের প্রত্যেকের আইডি কার্ডের ফটোকপি কমিটির নিকট জমা দিতে হবে।
১৩. কোনো খেলোয়াড় বহিরাগত প্রমাণিত হলে ঐ দলকে জরিমানা ও টুর্নামেন্ট থেকে বহিষ্কার করা হবে।
১৪. খেলা পরিচালনা করার ক্ষেত্রে রেফারির সিধান্ত চূড়ান্ত বলে বিবেচিত হবে।

বিঃদ্রঃ এই সকল নিয়মাবলীর বাহিরে যে কোনো হ্মেত্রে কমিটির সিদ্ধান্তকে চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য করা হবে!
