Excellent day giving young mob a experience of bush Tucker in a tasty catering package at their young koori mob cultural workshop.

Morning tea Rose myrtle scones, strawberry gum jam and red dessert wattle seed cream.

Then to follow a lunch pack:

* Ham and cheese pinwheel wrap with our special lemon scented tea tree cheese sauce.
* Bush Peri Peri chicken,lettuce and cheese roll
* Lemon Myrtle, mountain pepper, aniseed myrtle and salt bush infused potato, ham and egg salad
* Chop salad with native river mint and round leaf mint dressing.
* and a few witchetty grub lollies as a surprise.

From foraging mushrooms to picking Atherton Raspberries. Love what nature gives.
