Thanks to everyone who came down to She Bop Festival - Victor Harbor - March 28th, It wasn't as busy as we would have liked but we had a small dedicated group, and all the bands were fantastic.

Need another reason to come to She Bop Festival - Victor Harbor - March 28th ? Because 10 awesome bands for just $4 each somehow still isn’t enough.

Right next door at the Coral Street Art Space, you’ll also find Powerful Women (Kin), a curated exhibition led by Ngunawal artist and emerging curator Kristal Matthews of Wilay Designs. Linked by a small doorway between the two spaces, it’s easy to move from the music into an inspiring exhibition celebrating the strength, influence and creative leadership of women who shape our lives, our communities and our arts practice.

Open as part of the festival, Powerful Women (Kin) will be there for everyone to experience.

We’ve had a few people ask how the two-stage thing works at She Bop, so here’s the secret:

You don’t have to choose.

The Victor Harbor Town Hall and the Victa Cinema are right next door to each other, and your ticket lets you wander between both rooms all night.

Feeling loud guitars and big energy? Head into She Rocks in the Town Hall.

More in the mood for something intimate? Pop next door to She Rules in the cinema.

See a band you like, grab a drink, wander next door, discover someone new, then drift back again. Easy.

It’s not really two separate gigs — it’s one big night of music spread across two rooms.

We have a small update to the She Bop line up, one of our bands has been forced to pull out. Church Moms are no longer on the line up due to reasons out of their control.

But never fear, we have added the awesome band Jon Ann to our line up. They make "Loud Music" or so their bio tells us, so they will fit in perfectly on our She Rocks stage.
