This is a no drop group, meaning all abilities and paces are welcome! Your hosts are Kara and Cristina Piergentili, two competitive trail runners, best friends, podcasters (check out the Trail Mix pod), baked good aficionados, and sisters. They provide the post run coffee and baked goods; all you need to do is RSVP, and bring a mug and something to sit on.
