A great time to play tourist in Sydney - don’t be put off by the $50 minimum spend or ‘front desk’ attitude (L4 of near Chanel)
💯 go for the view and impeccable cocktails (the cognac and whiskey ones pictured). Not really an eating environment (window tables are on the small side, service well-meaning but a bit green, needed salt which is rare for me) but the grilled eggplant dip, ocean trout tartare and then oysters... were never going to outshine sunset over Sydney town.

Love the underground classy tequila bar vibe - a fab transformation of the old spot in Temperance Lane.
Tequila and mezcal cocktails including a great Tommy’s margarita, fiery scallops with aguachile, perfect tuna
tartare with the cutest flying saucers of tortilla crisps, wagyu beef tartare tacos, spinach & queso tamales, tacos
al pastor and prawns with tomatillo salsa. Great new CBD spot 👍
