We're thrilled to introduce two of the incredible partners behind Taste the Bay — Meramist Pty Ltd Australian Beef and Valhalla Barbecue Catering Sunshine Coast.

Meramist are supplying the beef brisket, and Valhalla are bringing their legendary smoker to do it justice. The result? A slow cooked brisket dish that is going to be something seriously special on the day.
