Madeline & Blake’s wedding was something really special.

Who doesn’t love a cheeky surprise wedding?!

This wonderful couple thought of every detail, not just within the walls of The Chandlery, but in the way they embraced everything that makes Port Melbourne so rich in character and story.

We loved how they embraced the history of the area, the old waterfront buildings and the feeling this part of Melbourne carries with it. They even leant into the unpredictable Port Melbourne weather, which somehow made the whole day feel even more magical!

The finger lime is one of those great treasures of nature which tells us to get out of its way and let it do its thing.

We use these incredible pops of brightness throughout rich sauces and allow their incredible flavour to bring dishes to life.
