On behalf of the SA Aboriginal Football & Netball Carnival Planning Committee, please be advised that the Delegates meeting originally planned for Friday 27 May 2016 will be set aside and replaced with FRIDAY 10 June 2016, in Port Augusta.

The reason for the change in date is that nominations for delegate from the 12 regions were not receive.

Please make sure your team has nominated delegates to attend the delegates meeting on Friday 10 June 2016, in Port Augusta.

Thanks to the football delegates that have provided the names and titles for their team. We're still waiting on one more football team to respond so we can continue working on the Official Book and Calendar.

All of the netball delegates have been emailed out requests for names as well so if you haven't replied to this email make sure you do quickly to get access to your team photo like the Coober Pedy Eagles!

It's great to have the names coming in from all of the football teams to access their top quality images from the 2015 Festival.

Team Managers have been informed of the image usage guidelines if others are using the photos we are more than happy for the images to be shared just refer to the Festival social media guide here:

The netball teams will receive their emails by Friday to have their turn to access the professional images.

The corporate luncheon is a new initiative to get corporate Australia working with communities, to create future opportunities for our people. This could be through jobs, partnerships and funding.

Two paths, one journey, this luncheon brought together corporate people, MPs, Port Augusta City Council, BHP, Banks and others with the Aboriginal community members to see how they can work together.
