The 1st AOPSIC 2024

From an empty hall to one alive with energy,
Once quiet, then filled with action and synergy.
From plans on paper to memories made,
The journey of effort, through light and shade.

Meetings, fundraisers, and endless calls,
Coordinating every detail, big and small.
Ah, the suspense, the fears, the delay—
A cancellation loomed, but hope found its way.

A last-minute savior, relief so sweet,
Over a year of planning, now complete.
Doubts lingered—"Can it be done?" we’d ask—
But possible, it was and we rose to the task.

The event had ended, the lights dimmed low,
What once was bustling now fades to a glow.
The memories linger, the efforts remain,
In hearts and minds, forever retain.
