Ben & Jared are looking to raise money for both Dementia and MS Australia. They will put their bodies through hell and back. Follow their journey!

Well what an absolute belta of a year for the two TBP4AMG lads.
They have accomplished some crazy things this year and raised some good money for two great charities. (Amount to come)

Accomplishments
- Lorne pier you pub 1.2km swim
- Geelong Ironman 70.5
- Hosted a CrossFit open
- Won a partner CrossFit comp in Geelong
- Kicked 8 goals in a footy game together
- Made partners pregnant in same month
- Spartan Ultra 52km bright obstacle race

Not only have the lads completed these challenges, but they have shown how the community can come together to help each other out.
They have had some amazing support along the way. Whether it be financial support, equipment supplies or just some knowledge of event.

Thank you to everyone that helped out. Your support will always be remembered 👌

Well the year is coming to an end and the lads have had a pretty insane November! Completing the 50km spartan was there hardest challenge yet.
Special mention to the roll man who went through the entire race without a single burpee penalty!

Completed together in a time of 10hrs and 52mins

Less then 48 hours until Ben Rolls and Jared Matthew take on the hills and obstacles at Bright.
They are both chewing into the hardest challenge of the year. A 52km/60 obstacle mountain run.

Ben has been offered some fund raising to cross the finish line in just his Speedo’s! But at the moment $200 just isn’t enough to convince the shy adonis to derobe. Surely we can get some more cash 💰

P.S. Jared said he will do it for a $2 donation

October Challenge
🏃‍♂️🚵‍♀️🚣‍♂️ Anglesea Sprint Series Adventure race.
Run 5km
Mountain bike 20km
Kayak 4km

Jared and Ben are locked and loaded for an unusual race, that will test some things they are foreign to them The partner kayak, mountain bike ride and sand run.

Jared and Ben are both looking for someone to donate a mountain bike for the weekend for the race. The kayak is supplied by the competition.

Date of event ; 20th October 2019, 9am start

💥 💥💥 Massive News 💥💥💥

Confirmation that we have been sponsored and signed up for the November Spartan race in Bright!

And not the sprint, super or beast.......BUT....the Ultra!!! 😱
A 50km obstacle race up and down the mountains of Bright. A time cap of 11 hours.

A massive thanks to Sim McDonald and Chris from Spartan for sponsoring our races and waving the $200 each entry fee. You guys are stars, it means so much to us and the charities that people like you guys can help us out.

But HOLY S**T..... this is by far the hardest challenge we have signed up for. I wonder how many Fridges have finished the ULTRA? 😬

Time to make that Bright Mountain range our bitch 👌

What a massive weekend for the lads at the Royal throwdown at lion kingdom CrossFit.

They got the Job done and took the $700 prize pool that is going straight to the fund.

The boys had a commanding lead with two workouts and the final to come.
Then que a severe hamstring to Ben on the 400m sprint.
Unfortunately he was done for the day, which left the fridge 1 out in a partner comp.

But let’s just say, the rest is history and they got the W.

A massive shout out to Sara Eames and Elise for looking after the boys for the weekend and putting up with there wineing. It’s a tough gig watching on for the entire weekend.

But $700 into the kitty plus a couple of people chucking in some bucks for us winning it.

Jared and Ben take on their June challenge this Saturday and Sunday in Geelong at the royal throwdown.
They will compete in the Open MM division under the team name “Fridge and Zeus”

This competition will mark the halfway point of the 12 month challenge.

January- Lorne Pier to Pub 1.2km open water swim.
February- Geelong 70.3 Ironman
March- 2019 CrossFit Open
April- 21 km of increased weight sled pushes
May- South Mornington FC Football game fundraiser
June- The Royal Throwdown

Well today was a huge success. Both Jared and Ben donned the yellow and black and came away with the W.

The 💰💰💰amount per goal got to a total of 100 bucks which is an amazing effort.
Combined the two kicked a total of 8 goals for the day. Which gives it a total of $800 raised for the foundations.

2 sleeps until Ben and Jared hopefully go on a snag frenzie for the South Mornington Tigers.

If you have nothing to do Saturday. Get down to Citation Oval (Helena street), Mount Martha and support or heckle the lads. 11:40am start 👌
The club are opening up the brand new rooms, pumping the heater up and putting on some delicious roast pork rolls.

They will also be running a game day raffle which all proceeds will go to the TBP4AMG fund.

Currently the per goal $ amount is 80 bucks. We would love to get it as high as we can. So if you have a couple of bucks per goal you would like to throw at us please let us know below in the comments.

Big shout out to South Mornington Football club for all their prep and extras for next weekend. Allowing Jared and Ben to oil the arms and attempt to kick some snags.
They have donated some awesome vouchers and are putting together a game day raffle to help raise money for the charities.

We are currently up to $50 per goal. Rollsy has guaranteed that he will roll (pardon the pun) the clock back and put in a plugger like display.
We are still hoping for as much $$$ per goal as possible. Even if it’s $1 a goal we appreciate it all!

If your doing nothing next Saturday, come
down!!! Get a pie and a softy and have a laugh.
