PayPal Melbourne Fashion Festival is an annual celebration of runways, arts, ideas and creative endeavour for everyone to enjoy. Established in 1997, the event stimulates and celebrates the Australian fashion industry whilst providing employment, networking and professional development opportunities for fashion, beauty, design, creative, marketing and retail industry professionals. A true feast fo

r the senses, the Festival presents the most stylish week-long entertainment on offer including world-class runway shows featuring Australia’s established and emerging designers, state-of-the-art production, beauty workshops, industry seminars, forums, live entertainment and much more. The Festival also offers premium tailored corporate entertainment packages and exclusive sponsorship opportunities that include unique experiential marketing and brand touch platforms. The PayPal Melbourne Fashion Festival respectively acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land that this Festival takes place upon and recognise their continuing connection to the land, the waters and culture. 📣 We’re hiring a Head of Fashion Programming.
 
In this role, you’ll lead the planning, development and delivery of the Festival’s fashion programming - from runway shows and industry events to designer initiatives, education partnerships and public-facing fashion experiences. Working closely with the Creative Director and senior leadership team, you’ll help shape a program that is creatively ambitious, commercially credible and operationally exceptional.
 
If you bring significant experience in fashion programming, runway production and event design, strong industry relationships, and love the energy of major events, we’d love to hear from you!
