A wonderful opportunity to meet with Consul General of India in Melbourne, Shri Anish Rajan, and have a meaningful discussion on matters concerning our Telugu and Indian community in Australia. 🇮🇳🇦🇺
We discussed several important community concerns, including OCI & VFS services, funeral and repatriation support, driving licence-related matters, missing Indian citizens, domestic violence awareness, diaspora mental health, and the need for a more practical and effective community support framework.
Grateful for the warm interaction, valuable insights and the opportunity to share our thoughts, concerns and perspectives. It was also a privilege to present a detailed representation highlighting key community issues and suggestions.
Looking forward to continuing to connect, collaborate and contribute towards building a stronger, more united and supportive Indian community in Australia. ✨
