Some dirty linen aired here!

Veteran chef and restaurateur Geoff Lindsay (Lamaro’s) started working in restaurants because his first boss seemed to have a lot of time for surfing. Though he soon realised that he hadn’t chosen the best profession for lifestyle perks, Geoff has retained an undying passion for the industry, spilling tales from legendary Stephanie’s and his award-winning restaurants Stella, Pearl and Dandelion.

After a year long hiatus, Geoff Lindsay's The Crab Club is back at the Lorne Hotel's View Room.

🦀 With hot towels, bibs, crackers, picks, scissors and mallets all part of your armory, it’s a great way to spend a night out with friends and family!

I’ve cooked a lot of crab. I love crab. Crab from Antarctica to the Arctic. The scariest of all is this fierce muddy from Papua. If it doesn’t get me first, it will be on the menu tonight at pop up at Saigon Street in Bali. G
