FREE KIDS & PARENTS ART WORKSHOP!!
Play day number 2 dates have dropped!.. Sunday 19th from 11:30 onwards.
Gather up your family & come join the tribe for a free day of workshops, shared food and community for all ages!!
This event aims to bring kids and parents together- creating & learning as one embodied tribe…The aim is not just to “entertain the kids” but to be actively involved in the activities with them, so that the real ALCHEMY can happen!
Activities will include-
Stick weaving/nature looms
Dream catcher making
Giant bubbles
Group mandala
Up cycled jewellery/beading
Fairy house building
Raft building & racing
Somatic movement
Circle work
Team Tug of war

No need to register, just rock up! 11:30 onwards.
Location- south West side of lake Ainsworth
(in the start of the tree line. Look for the flag/signs)
Please bring some food to share & some donations for group crafting - flowers,, seed pods, string, feathers, smooth big stones for painting, broken jewellery, beads, wire for beads, colourful leaves, wood glue or anything else interesting you think might be useful.
Natural fibres are best 🙏🏻

…the kids are encouraged to take anything they make home with them. I don’t want any trash left behind afterwards.
There will be shirts & other merchandise on sale on the day so bring some cash if you’re keen.
This is a FREE event for all ages…I don’t want someone’s financial situation to stop them being part of our community, in saying that I’ll also have a donation jar there on the day if you can afford a small contribution I really appreciate all the support I can get.
This will be first in, first served situation so it may be a good idea to bring your own equipment eg scissors ✂️ (as mine is limited in numbers) and your own wood glue & paintbrush.
Extra items you may want to bring-
water bottles, rug to sit/craft on, hats, swimming gear, small pliers, your own fishing line or wire for beading, wood glue.

Seeking any spare weaving or embroidery supplies …
Plus any string, wool, ribbon, tulle, interesting fabric, beads, crystals, gum nuts, seed pods, pine cones, leaves & smooth rocks for drawing on/interesting colours & patterns, shells, old hula hoops, old metal or Wooden xylophones and plastic animals and dinosaurs.
All donations will be used to create “art stations” for children & parents to create nature based art together.

Love letters are the best kind of present you can get. 🥰🥰🥰
I made a decision a few years ago to stop officially celebrating my birthday and become TIMELESS… because, well that’s just what I am! ✨
I don’t want to program my body & mind into aging anymore. Every year I’d wake up on my birthday & somehow feel a whole year older, when in reality it was just like any other day.
I hadn’t magically jumped a yr in one nights sleep but it certainly felt that way sometimes….
So now I choose to celebrate ME, & allow myself to be spoiled guilt free.
This is the day I chose to shine my light into this world 🌞 & that I certainly still worth celebrating.
I basically plan to be like a fine wine- tastier and worth more with every year that passes.
I’d also like to use this as a chance to honour my mumma .nicholson for all that you are -today your life changed forever and I am so grateful to still have you walking with me in this crazy journey of life.
& Thank you for showing me how to be such a good mum to my babies xo
