We have been overwhelmed by the incredible support from so many new businesses.

Yesterday, we celebrated reaching the $18,000 mark — and then the emails just kept coming. Maybe it was Ash’s morning wiggle working its magic!

In a single day, we received multiple enquiries and package purchases — including another silver package and two Bronze, with a few more in the pipeline.

Our hearts keep growing with every donation. One business summed it up perfectly, saying this is nothing but true Aussie spirit.

For those who are new here, we’d love to share Gus’ story. Gus is one of the children who needed the RFDS, and his journey helped shape this event into what it is today.

A huge thank you to the RFDS for helping share our story. Heroes to Hub gave Gus the confidence to get back on his motorbike, surrounded by his mates.

This isn’t just a fundraiser — it’s something much more. It’s about bringing our community together.

Kel works at the RFDS head office and has become like family to us. She worked with us last year and helped us in so many ways—from setting up the grassroots portal, to sending off tax invoices to businesses, and even attending Heroes to Hub last year to take payments for auction items.

She’s a country girl, a bloody legend, and a passionate member of the RFDS family.

It’s people like Kel who truly make our vision come to life. We absolutely adore her!
