At our Community Day this Saturday, you don't have to just watch the action... you can become part of it.

From beginner aerials and high impact tumbling to German wheel and Acro Dance, our workshops are designed to help you discover something new - whether you're trying circus for the very first time or looking to build on your skills.

โœจ Every level of daring is welcome.

๐ŸŽช By day she works in an office. By the weekend, she's flying through the air.

For the past eight years, Kirsten has balanced the 9-to-5 with a passion for circus, exploring everything from cyr wheel and acrobatics to handstands, tumbling and trapeze.

Now she's bringing that passion to the Ipswich Circus Festival, with a trapeze performance inspired by something many of us know all too well - the constant rush of work and the importance of making time to breathe, play and reconnect with what brings us joy.

As Kirsten puts it "We're saving PDFs, not saving lives." ๐Ÿ˜‰

Come and experience her performance as part of our Community Day, alongside incredible contemporary circus performances, workshops and activities for all ages.
