At Halls Family Dairy, our cheeses begin long before the cheeseroom — with milk from our small herd of beautiful Normande cows, each one known by name, like Maree, Madeline & April 🐄
Our cows are raised and cared for by our family, grazing peacefully in the fresh green pastures of Harvey. Every cheese we make reflects years of dedication to our animals, our milk, and traditional cheesemaking.
Small batch, single herd, and made with patience, our cheeses are shaped by the seasons, the pasture, and the character of the milk itself. With extremely low food miles and every cheese personally delivered by us, we remain closely connected to every part of the journey — from our farm to your table.
From the rich golden creaminess of the milk to the gentle bloom of a perfectly ripened rind, we are incredibly proud of what our little family dairy creates.
