A reminder that this page is the only official page for the 7th Border Collie National being held in October 2027, and you can verify any information by visiting our official website at BCCSA.org.au/national

As the event gets closer we will see an increase in fake pages and profiles, merchandise links and live streaming links. Clicking these links can put your personal and financial information at risk.

If you are unsure, please check in with other members of the Border Collie community. Report any fake pages or profiles directly to Facebook, and please reach out directly to us as well either here or at the Border Collie Club of South Australia Inc.

Not long now before we start unveiling all the hard work we've been doing behind the scenes, we promise it will be worth the wait!

🚨📣 Fake Profile/Scam Alerts 📣🚨

As is the case with many popular events that receive a lot of attention online, fake profiles have started to pop up and invite page followers as friends. Another common problem is comments being posted as replies underneath every comment on multiple posts inviting you to join various groups that seem legitimate or official.

We or the Border Collie Club of South Australia Inc. will not be creating separate profiles, pages, groups or events for the National - all the information you need will come directly from this page or on the BCCSA website at BCCSA.org.au/national

Feel free to report any fake profiles, posts, messages or comments directly to Facebook - we will also endeavour to stay on top of reporting and blocking as it arises but expect that they will continue throughout the process due to the high volume of attention the page receives. Do not engage with any messages or posts, as this can verify that your profile is active and can lead to further contact and potential to be scammed - likewise do not click on any suspicious links. If in doubt, reach out to us! 🐾

We are pleased to announce that the 7th Border Collie National will be held from the 7th - 10th October 2027 in Gawler, South Australia and planning is underway!

The Border Collie Club of SA is still in the early stages but stay tuned for more information and keep an eye on the website 🐾
