BOOX KID FOR HIDDEN TREASURES 📣📣 CURATOR ROLL CALL 📣📣

Boox Kid is a First Nations (Noongar) artist blending dreamy electropop with fluid, genre-crossing sounds. Known for his magnetic stage presence, he has performed at BIGSOUND, Nannup Music Festival and Perth Festival, and shared stages with artists including George Ezra and Jen Cloher.

His creative practice extends beyond contemporary music into Noongar-language opera, with performances in Koolbardi Wer Wardong and Wundig Wer Wilura, alongside a debut in sound design for Yirra Yakkin’s Operation Boomerang. Committed to elevating First Nations voices, Boox was part of APRA AMCOS’ NATSIMO RESONATE program, collaborating with Jem Cassar-Daly, Cloe Terare and Candice Lorrae.
