Cronulla just scored a groovy new addition. Meadow, a day-to-night music room, bar and bistro by the team behind Bobbys, has officially opened its doors. There’s lots to like, including the on-point music program by DJ and producer Mitchell Wick, with vinyl records spinning during the day, alongside jazz duos and late-night DJ sets on weekends. Meadow is located in the former Papa J’s site, with sunset-inspired interiors by Tom Mark Henry. The European-inspired menu by group head chef Pablo Tordesillas features things like gougères with comté and Cantabrian anchovy; Meadow’s aged cheeseburger with café de Paris butter; baked rigatoni with vodka sauce; and banana tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy your meal with a Martini, Marg or a vino from the mostly Aussie wine list. Meadow is now open in Cronulla from Wednesday to Sunday.
