SPRING CARNIVAL flew by faster than we could capture here!

From Caulfield Cup to Cox Plate and the Melbourne Cup Carnival, this season delivered some incredible moments.

Sharing the ownership experience with OneSmoothOperator and Pride of Jenni has been a highlight, but watching Half Yours, Australia’s very own, take out the Cup was something special.

What makes this sport truly unique are the people, the stories and the deep connections that form along the journeys of each horse. That’s the part that keeps us coming back.

Big shout-out to the team for the tireless work they do behind the scenes educating, informing and helping the public see the real heart of this industry.

NEW ARTICLE / "Everyone has heard of the Melbourne Cup, even the Golden Bear"

For the internationals who may not know much about horse racing, they'll still know about The Cup. Same goes for Jack Nicklaus when he bumped into 2010 Melbourne Cup winning owners, Colleen and Kevin Bamford, while holidaying in the Isle Of Capri.

The Bamford's were introduced to the entourage with an opening gambit along the lines: “I want to introduce you to my good friend from Australia, he won the Melbourne Cup.”

And so it goes, 15 years and a freakish line up of events later, the Bamford's have another shot at the Cup tomorrow, with Onesmoothoperator. How they got from there to here is something else... so you'll just have to read the full article:
