Cook with Joey! 🧑‍🍳
Bring the kids and roll up your sleeves for a fun filled parent and child cooking experience designed to create memories, build confidence and inspire a love of local food with Chef Joey Caruana!

Working side by side, families will discover the flavours of the Bundaberg Region while creating a restaurant worthy dish featuring lemon myrtle, sweet potato, premium macadamias and a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze.

Along the way, young chefs and their grown-ups will learn practical kitchen skills, from safe food handling and preparation techniques to plating up their creation with flair.

Join us and raise a glass to the weekend and the launch of the festival with sunset drinks, roaming canapés and live music overlooking the tranquil waters of the Burnett River. 🥂

Guests will be welcomed for a two-hour roaming canapés and drinks experience with a menu designed to showcase local ingredients in a fresh, seasonal way.
