A city slicker and a mountain man walk into a courthouse... 🎤

The Bright Courthouse is hosting a Double Banger Comedy Night as part of the Bright Winter Festival!! And honestly, what better way to warm yourself up than laughing! 🤣

Starring David Quirk and Alan Owen-Jones — two very different blokes with two very different stories to tell. Expect big laughs, great vibes, and an intermission to relubricate at the bar 🍺😉

The second special event to be announced, and still so many more to come!! Stay tuned as we take you through everything our amazing town has to offer! ✨

The first businesses helping bring Bright’s Winter Shopping Night to life are now announced, and they are just the beginning 👀

On Friday 24th July, the town comes alive for our Winter Shopping Night and street party, and these amazing business owners are trading late (and some will even be bringing special offers along for the ride 😉) 🛍️🎉

Step into our Craft Corner — just one part of the magic happening at Family Fun Day! 🎨✨

Saturday 25th July, 10am–2pm, the Craft Corner is throwing open its doors and letting little imaginations run wild. Kids can enjoy:

🖌️ Face painting
✨ Henna tattoos
✨ Glitter tattoos

From sparkles to paintbrushes, it’s all about colour, creativity, and fun! And the best part? It’s just one corner of an entire day packed with activities, entertainment and winter magic for the whole family.

The Winter Cinema Specials are here!! ❄️

Sun Cinema is bringing the Winter Festival magic to the big screen, with two movie specials you won’t want to miss!!

Belt out every word with the Frozen Sing-Along Edition, or settle in for some festive feels with the rom-com classic Love Actually ♥️

Grab your popcorn, grab your lollies, and grab the kids too! (Frozen only obviously!!) These sessions are the perfect opportunity to get into the winter spirit ⛄️

✨ The first night of the Bright Winter Festival is going to be glowing🌙

Kick off the Bright Winter Festival with a night of late-night shopping, food trucks, live performances, firepits, and yes — a snow machine. 🔥❄️

Wander Barnard Street glowing with festoon lights, catch a live ice carver in action, grab a bite from the food trucks, and pick up your Winter Shop & Seek passport to explore the full precinct. Roaming carollers, buskers, and toasted marshmallows by the firepit — it’s the perfect winter night out!
