Last year’s Golden Fork Savoury Dish Winners will be back at Sample on Saturday 🙌♥️ Dumpling and Yum Cha serve some of the best Chinese food in the region out of their restaurant on Cherry St in Ballina 🥡🥢 They also sell their popular dumplings at the weekly Byron, Bangalow & Ballina Farmers Markets 🥬🧑‍🌾 Their legendary dumplings are hand made using locally sourced, high quality ingredients and they are delicious!! 🥟🥟 They are serving up 2 types of dumplings at Sample:

will be serving up their incredible oysters & scallops at Sample on Saturday 🙌🦪 Located at the five star , Byron Bay Oyster Bar & Seafood Restaurant take the freshness of their oysters seriously, so much so that they have their very own ocean-quality oyster tank right in the heart of Byron Bay 🌊🦪 Home to over 500 dozen live oysters at any time, it’s where the magic begins — keeping them live, fresh, and just as they are in the sea 🦪🥂 Come along to to try these incredible oysters served out of Hotel Marvell’s iconic oyster boat 🦪🦪 The restaurant’s popular Half Shell Scallop is also on the menu and not to be missed:
