DaVinci Resolve 17 Color Training Videos

We have created a new five part series of training videos focusing on the color page in DaVinci Resolve 17, showing how to use color in creative and artistic ways. Developed with the help of DaVinci Resolve certified trainers, our videos will provide you with the skills you need to use primary and secondary grading tools, grade for HDR and deliver outstanding color for your next project.

1. Introduction to Color
Provides you with an introduction to the color page before delving into the art of color grading. Learn how and why you should use the primary and secondary grading features, along with how to read scopes.

2. Advanced Color
You’ll discover the advanced features of the color page. You’ll learn how to set up color management, how to structure grades using the node editor, work with RAW media, grade with the HDR palette, track with the magic mask and much more!

3. DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel
Learn how to work faster and get more creative control with the DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel! Discover how to navigate the color page, adjust multiple parameters simultaneously and grade without using a mouse.

4. Delivering Content
We show you how to prepare your content for delivery! You’ll learn how to work with presets on the deliver page, set up a render queue, how to deliver video for online use and more!

5. Color Management
In the final video, we expand on the importance of color management in your workflow. You’ll learn what exactly color management is and discover each of the color management systems and settings available in DaVinci Resolve. Plus we’ll show you how to color manage with HDR and how to use Dolby Vision.

YES!! We are launching AGAIN IN 2021!!

Sincere thanks and gratitude to our Filmmakers, Storytellers, Sponsors and Supporters who have encouraged us to KEEP ON KEEPIN ON.

Now in our 6th year we are STOKED and PRIVILEGED to be able to showcase such creative and inspirational stories from ALL OVER THE PLANET!!

We have already had the pleasure to receive some amazing films some of which have uniquely captured the turbulent and life changing events that have touched us all over the last 20 months.

There are films of hope, optimism and determination and we are so looking forward to receiving more stories and being able to share them with you.

From Sea 2 Sky and all that’s in between the Drone captures EVERYTHING!!

When the inaugural BLUE2BLUE Drone and Action Camera Film Festival opened for submissions in 2015 it was the first Drone Film Festival in Australia and the fourth in the world. Now in our 3rd successful year the festival has grown from strength to strength receiving films from over 50 countries telling beautiful, captivating, touching and inspirational stories from all around the globe.

In 2017 the BLUE2BLUE Drone Film Festival teamed up with the Centara Hotel group to launch the festival in Vietnam and secured the opportunity to screen the films on all Virgin Australia flights.

We are proud once again to be able to host our 2018 Finalists Screening and Awards Night at the Historic Avoca Beach Picture Theatre and can’t wait to screen this year’s amazing films.
