Sol Brazil a An unforgettable evening above the ocean.

The Brazil Nuts live concert lit up the upstairs balcony at Fuego, bringing soulful Brazilian sounds to a ticketed sunset session, with bar and light food service throughout the night.

As the sun went down, the vibe continued with a Sunset Vibes DJ set, delivering Brazilian beats and coastal energy while the bar stayed open for ticket holders.

Sol Brazil -

Rhythm, colour and pure Brazilian energy by the ocean.

The Bloco + Samba performance by SeguraRápido transformed the grass in front of Fuego by the Sea into a vibrant samba bloco parade, with powerful percussion, dancing and amazing stilt performers lighting up the space.

Movement, joy and connection on the grass by the ocean.

The dance class with Talita, in collaboration with TQ Production, brought beautiful energy, rhythm and smiles to the space in front of Fuego by the Sea. An open, vibrant moment where everyone could move together and celebrate Brazilian dance.

Casa Brazil! Cooking Workshops – Photo Drop

Such a special day celebrating Brazilian flavours and community. Casa Brazil! Cooking Workshops brought hands-on cooking classes led by amazing Brazilian chefs based in Adelaide.

A highlight was the Brazilian Savoury Cooking Class with Tassia from Cozinha, where participants learned to make escondidinho, a classic comfort dish layered with mash and a savoury filling.

CASA BRASIL - Brazilian Sweets Cooking Class – Photo Drop 🍫✨

What a sweet afternoon!
Our Brazilian Sweets Cooking Class with Cat from Sugar Fix Me was everything we hoped for hands-on, joyful, and full of flavour.

From rolling to tasting, everyone learned how to make brigadeiros in all their delicious variations: rich, chocolatey, and absolutely irresistible. Two hours of learning, laughing, and indulging in one of Brazil’s most loved desserts.
