The Snazzy Sizzle - Adelaide Join Adelaide's best Australia Day event featuring our classy version of the Aussie BBQ!

In 2014, the Torrens Riverbank precinct will be Adelaide's hottest entertainment precinct, and we're kicking things off with an Australia Day party like no other. We're giving you the BEST seat in the house for the Australia Day Fireworks and a classy twist on the classic Aussie BBQ with The Snazzy Sizzle! The event starts at 6pm with guests treated to a lamb spit roast, oven-baked gourmet pizzas,

shaved beef, BBQ chicken skewers and self-serve salad and dessert bars. Two outdoor bars will be set up serving South Australian wines and beers. Guests will also have a prime view of the Australia Day Fireworks Display. The fireworks will be launched from Pinky Flat after the cricket at Adelaide Oval, at around 9.30pm. The Snazzy Sizzle BBQ is then followed at 10pm by an official Australia Day Concert After-Party where international DJ HMC will hit the decks to keep the celebrations going into the early hours of Monday’s public holiday.

We celebrated Australia Day with an Aussie BBQ with a twist!

The Snazzy Sizzle was the newest official Australia Day in South Australia event and we put on a delicious Gourmet All-You-Can-Eat BBQ with the best seats in the house for the fireworks! But that's not all, we also had DJ HMC making sure that kept everyone dancing until the early hours of the morning!
