Evergreen Innovation Camp Hackathon 2022: ⚡️THE FINAL PITCH ⚡️

Was in 48 Stunden alles möglich ist, präsentierten die Teams der 2. Edition des Evergreen Innovation Camp Hackathons powered by HS Timber Group am Freitag, den 22. April 2022, in den Räumlichkeiten der Technische Universität Wien im Arsenal. 🚀

Bei der diesjährigen Challenge „Der Autonome Waldarbeiter“ konnten insbesondere 3 Teams mit ihren Ideen unsere Expertenjury überzeugen. 🪵🌳
Das Siegerteam „Free the Tree“ entwickelte einen autonomen Mäh- und Pflegeroboter und durfte sich über eine Siegerprämie in der Höhe von 6.000 € freuen. Auch der 2. Platz (3.000 €) und der 3. Platz (1.500 €) überzeugten mit effizienten Lösungsansätzen in der Forstwirtschaft und wurden dementsprechend belohnt. 🏆

Ebenso Grund zur Freude hatten 2 weitere Teams, die von unserem Partner Microsoft eine Einladung in ein Startup-Programm erhielten. 🤩

Wir bedanken uns bei unseren Mentoren, die die Teams im Entwicklungsprozess begleiteten und mit ihrem Wissen tatkräftig unterstützten.

🙌 Meet our next mentor! 🙌

Dr. Stefan Fenz (CISSP) is co-founder and managing partner at Xylem Technologies GmbH, senior scientist at Vienna University of Technology and key researcher at SBA Research. From 2012 to 2015, Stefan was an appointed member of the European Network and Information Security Agency’s (ENISA) Permanent Stakeholder Group. In 2010, Stefan worked as a visiting scholar at Stanford Center for Biomedical Informatics Research at Stanford University (USA). He did his PhD in computer science at Vienna University of Technology in 2008.
