First always comes alignment.
If your shoulders, hips, core, and legs are not working together as one unit, you’re not really training a handstand.
That’s why we spend so much time on exercises like this to:
✅ Learn proper body alignment
✅ Open the shoulders
✅ Build core strength
✅ Maintain posterior pelvic tilt
✅ Develop body awareness
✅ Create one straight line from hands to toes
Only then does it make sense to focus on balance and endurance.
Because balance becomes dramatically easier when the body is stacked correctly.
Master the position first.
The handstand will follow.
