Hello Everyone ,
I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Marcelina โ Marcyโ
Balahadia Goeller, and my life has been a journey of perseverance , faith , service and gratitude.
I was born in Ilango Tanauan Batangas , Philippines , as the youngest of eleven children . When I was only seven old months old, my father passed away leaving my mother to raise out large family on her own . Despite facing poverty , health challenges , and many hardships throughout my childhood, I learned early the value of resilience, hard work , and believing in a brighter future.
Education became my pathway forward, I earned degrees in Sectetarial Science and Education from Adamson University and devoted my career to teaching and helping children grow and succeed . After moving to the United States, I continued my work to education for nearly three decades, serving as a teacher , education coordinator, and mentor to both children and fellow educators.
Life has brought both great joy and great loss. I have been blessed with loving family and four wonderful children, while also enduring the heartbreaking loss of two husbands. Through every challenge, I remained committed to caring for others, guided by my faith and determination. Today I blessed to share my life with my husband Dr. Thomas Goeller, whose support and encouragement have allowed me to continue pursuing my passions and serving my community .
In recent years pageantry has given me a platform to inspire others and support causes that are close to my heart. I am honored to have held titles like including Mrs Virginia Tourism USA 2024 and Mrs. Tourism International USA 2024, while also receiving recognition for philanthropy, human rights advocacy, and community service. If you want a winner who has a proven record of promoting a pageant throughout the year and longer . I have promoted Mrs Tourism since I referred my niece Evelyn Clough and she won Mrs Tourism USA 2023 and also she won Mrs Tourism World September 2023
I wear my sash and crown almost every weekend at charity events and have worn them during my world vacations on cruise ships and national parade in Washington FV DC Philadelphia Pennsylvania , Tallahassee Florida along with numerous local parades.
I have always wanted to be a pageant queen and love wearing gowns and participating in gala events . Unfortunately I was never able to live my dream until retirement and marriage to my husband Tom who supports me fully at every event .
My greatest passion is helping others. I proudly support organizations that assist children , cancer patients, families in need, and underserved communities both in the USA and the Philippines. Whether through charitable work , church activities, community organizations, or pageantry, I strive to make a positive difference wherever I can.
The reason I was unable to pursue my dream is that I am a survivor and have lived my life in support of others . Through the pageants I am able to continue this support.
I am the youngest of eleven child of a small farm family in Ulango Tanauan Batangas My father passed away when I was seven months old baby , My blessed Mother raised us all from that point. Because of her health , she could not breast feed me and I was raised with less than perfect food. This impacted my bones as I always lived with bone issues and through great insurance I was able to receive the right medicine to help my bone issue. As a child I survived Malaria and was the only child to survive in the hospital from typhoid fever during my stay . I have a whole in my left ear drum that caused me drainage issues that caused me to be teased and ridiculed in school. I also survived an exploded appendix where they removed my intestines for cleaning while I watched .
Through Me and my sister Ate chit are the only two that graduated from college that enabled me to become school teacher in the Philippines and later in the USA .
My story is is a proof that our beginnings do not define our future. With faith ? Perseverance , and a heart for service , we can overcome challenges and use our experiences to uplift others.
Although I have supported charities through my church to include weekly assisting the making of 300 sandwiches . for the poor , the pageants have given me the opportunity to be invited to charity events almost every week. I assist these charities by encouraging others to participate , attend, and sponsor. We sponsor multiple events , FACC , The Original Mabuhay foundation , the Helping Hand , Migrant Heritage Philippine American Chamber of commerce and also Filipino singers concert other small charitable events .
Thank you for allowing me to share a little of my journey. I look forward to connecting with you and continuing to make a difference together .
If you bless me with the crown of Mrs woman of the World titles , I will use as my calling card promote the pageant of the World and its advocacy of feeding the hungry . No one you can choose would be more proud to be your spokesperson to help those in need. Growing this pageant will help spread the word to help those in need.
Thank you . God bless you All
